Who owns the website?
You do. Domain, hosting, code, CMS and analytics are all in accounts registered to you from day one. If we disappeared tomorrow, your site would not notice.
How does paying work?
A deposit holds your build slot and comes off the total. After the kickoff call you either settle the balance in full, or split it in half: half then, half before launch. Same total either way, and nothing renews by itself afterwards.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Every build includes Sanity, a clean editor wired to your pages. Change copy, prices and photos yourself; the design stays intact.
What if I need changes after launch?
Your support window covers the first 30 to 120 days depending on tier. After that, changes are priced on the menu: from £45 for a small tweak, no retainer required.
