Can I move my products over from Shopify or Etsy?
Yes. Migration from an existing site starts at £250 for content import with no redesign, and larger catalogues are quoted before you commit.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Payments run through your own account, in your name, whether that is Shopify Payments or a processor you choose. We charge for the build, and after that every sale is entirely yours.
What happens when I outgrow 20 products?
Business stores upgrade to the full ecommerce setup whenever you are ready. Your products and design carry over; you pay the difference, not a rebuild.
Who handles the shop when something breaks?
Your support window covers the first 90 days on Business, or 120 on Plus. After that, pay as you go from £45, or a Care plan from £59 a month keeps us on call.
