Who we are, who you are
Onlineify is a trading name of ONLINEIFY GROUP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17107947, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. VAT registration number 516 8892 50. Contact: info@onlineify.co.uk.
Onlineify is sold to businesses. By ordering, you confirm you are buying for business purposes, whether as a company, a partnership or a sole trader.
The product
Onlineify is a fixed scope website build sold in three tiers, Lite, Business and Plus. What each tier includes is set out on the pricing page and forms part of these terms. It is a product with a defined scope, not an open ended service.
Ordering
Your order is placed through checkout on this site. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email after checkout. If we cannot take your order on, for example for capacity, we tell you promptly and refund anything paid.
Price and payment
Prices are published on this site and shown ex VAT throughout. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing rate. A deposit holds your build slot and is credited against the total, not charged on top of it. After the kickoff call the balance is payable either in full, or in two equal parts: the first after that call and the second before launch. The total is the same either way and no discount attaches to either option.
The balance is payment for the build, not a subscription, and remains payable in full once the build is delivered. If a payment fails we tell you and retry; if payment stops before delivery, we may pause work until it resumes.
Extras are limited to the published add-ons. Items marked as quoted are confirmed with you at intake, before any payment for them is taken. We do not quote bespoke work.
What we need from you
- Content, branding and approvals supplied reasonably promptly, starting with the intake form.
- Access needed to set up accounts in your name, done with you, never behind your back.
- Content that is yours to use and lawful. You are responsible for what your site says about your business.
Delivery is typically two to four weeks by tier. Timelines are estimates and depend on you supplying content and approvals promptly; delays on your side move the timeline, not the price.
Scope and revisions
Each tier has a fixed scope and a set number of revision rounds, listed on the pricing page. Work beyond that is a published add-on or a pay as you go edit. Anything outside the menu we refer out rather than take on.
Ownership
You own everything from day one. The domain, hosting, code repository, CMS and analytics sit in accounts registered in your name. We are added as a collaborator to build and support, never as the owner, and full control is in your hands at launch. Removing our access never breaks the site.
We may show work we built for you in our own showcase and marketing. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.
Third party services
Your site runs on third party services in your own accounts, such as Cloudflare, GitHub, Sanity, Google, Stripe and GoCardless. Their terms apply to your accounts with them, and their fees, where any, are yours. We are not responsible for outages or changes to third party services, though we help you deal with them during your support window and on any continuation plan.
Support and continuation
Every build includes a support window from launch: 30 days on Lite, 90 days on Business, 120 days on Plus. After month six you can self manage for free or choose a monthly continuation plan. Plans are optional, billed monthly, and you can switch or cancel at any time with effect from the next billing date.
Cancellation and refunds
The £250 deposit is fully refundable until we start work. It is not a fee for ordering; it holds your build slot, and a week we have not started costs us nothing to give back.
- Before we start: cancel any time before your kickoff call and we refund the deposit in full. You do not need to give a reason.
- Once we have started: you may cancel at any point. You pay fairly for the stages completed, and anything already built and paid for is handed over to you.
- If we change the price or cannot take the work on: a full refund, always, whatever stage we have reached.
- After launch: the build is delivered and build fees are not refundable. Continuation plans can always be cancelled for the next billing date.
- If we cannot reach you: if we have not been able to book a kickoff call within 30 days of your deposit, we may release your build slot to someone else and refund you in full. We will always email you first.
Liability
We build with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for indirect losses, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the build, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Events beyond our control
Neither of us is responsible for delay caused by events genuinely outside our control. If one happens, we tell you and the timeline moves fairly.
General
These terms and the pages they link to are the whole agreement between us. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we update these terms, the version in force when you ordered applies to your build.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
